Keep working hard on a vision

Often we hear people say (especially elders) ‘work hard and it will pay for your efforts’. When we hear such statements either we are too young to understand the real meaning of it or we are in a different mood where we pay the least interest. I believe even the ‘working hard’ statement is not complete. The real statement should have been ‘work hard for yourself and it will pay for your efforts’. No matter how hard you work for your boss or his company you will never be the boss yourself. Time has come to change the inscription on the concrete walls of our years-long conditioning where we are taught that your boss is your god. There can be exceptional cases in this big world but in general, your boss is not your god. Your father can be, for sure. So, don't be afraid to employ your boss and his given opportunity as a vision board and as a practice pitch for your bigger ideas. Your interest is your first step towards your vision. If you like music then you are not meant to work in an orchestra for years, you are meant for becoming a music composer & create your own history. Be the boss and your own god and if you work hard enough then you achieve those numbers and names.

Refinement & upgradations is a must

Always stay in harmony with the developments happening around you. It can be a technological advancement, social reforms or a personal refinement of knowledge and data. A lack of refinements & upgradations is a sign of arrogance and overconfidence. A classic example in the history of tech giants is of Nokia. They were so confident of their innovation that they made themselves rigid from any kind of development which ultimately resulted as their downfall. And they are still struggling to raise their head. So a constant step towards your vision with refinements from time to time is extremely important and necessary as well.

Failure gives birth to invention

If you look deep into the stories of all successful men out there, you will find a large part of their life was deep into multiple failures. From our childhood, we are all conditioned in the wrong way where we say that we must not fail. This is probably the biggest myth that we adopt over the years of our life and keep ourselves very much away from any kind of failure. Without failure, your life will become boring as you won't do anything new rather continue doing stuff which is being done by millions of people simultaneously in the same manner. Failure also helps you stay grounded with reality. So, when you are chasing your vision never be afraid of any kind of failure rather welcome them with both hands, greet them well, learn from it and keep improving ever after.

Change your dreams into real efforts

Your vision may come from a dream, but never keep that vision in your thoughts or emotion. Bring it out in this practical world. Break down the stairs to it and make sure you climb the stairs one at a time every day. Dreams without hard work are like a Bollywood film, where you just feel good at the end but someone else takes your hard-earned money. Visualization of your dream is good but not enough. Try to shape your dream on papers and then implement in real life with a mission that one day this dream will become a reality.

Set your goal with higher dimension

There are hundreds but to be the one you must look at the higher dimensions. And to achieve that you need to carry out a good amount to RnD. All best products & services have that one thing which stays at the top of the line. And to do that the easiest way is to create something which never existed before. Competitions are now considered an old concept in modern times of daily innovation where you can create your own game and win as there is will be no competitor.

In this beautiful world, if you want, you can achieve anything. You can be the best or the worst, the choice is yours. But if you truly believe in one thing that you can do really well, then don't let any fool to fool you.
